The only struggle I had was with the delivery. I thought that I was getting the order right before Mother’s Day when I ordered it, but the delivery gave me a date of May 21st. It delivered much faster, but we still got it the Monday after Mother’s Day.

The images to choose from were so small that I couldn’t really tell exactly how they would appear in the final product. I ended up with the male image being bald instead of having really short hair. It did provide a laugh however.

When I got the package it was very well wrapped, so much so that I had a somewhat difficult time getting it unwrapped.
When I finally got it opened and I looked inside the box everything was very well protected and nothing was damaged at all.
I would say to your team if I could “very good job on your wrapping skills keep up the work, don’t change anything”.

Well, I am a little disappointed that the wood stand was not stained like in the mock art version that I was provided with before I finalized my purchase. The stand that came is natural wood color and I can barely see the white lettering on the stand. I would give 3.5 stars for that but no option, so I’ll give it a 4 star review. Everything else was nice. Fast and easy ordering and quick delivery with lots of tracking notifications along the way. I would do business with this company again. But I wish they could fix the stand issue.
