If it does not exist in your inbox, please kindly check the spam folder of the correct email address associated with your order. Orders typically arrive within 11-20 business days. To get an accurate estimate for your specific order, we recommend visiting our tracking page. The shipping cost is estimated based on the order’s weight and your location. The minimum shipping fee will be $5.99. It will appear at checkout. 

Most of the orders will be handled and delivered by USPS and UPS. Other shipping partners are DHL, Fedex and A C I. Depending on your location and products, we use different couriers to ensure that your order would reach you in the shortest possible time.

Most of our products are made and shipped from the US, except for Clear Glass Can - which is produced and shipped from China.

Yes, Free Standard Shipping will be automatically applied when:

Please do not worry when your tracking number has not been updated yet. Usually, tracking information refreshes upon reaching the next facility, and it commonly takes 7-10 business days for shipping carriers to scan your package. We'll promptly notify you via email if anything unusual occurs with your package.

- Check if the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.

- Check your mailbox again and ask if your family members or neighbors have accepted the item on your behalf.

Possible reasons for your package being returned to the sender might include, but not be limited to:

- Your shipping address is incorrect/insufficient.

- The addressee refuses the shipment.

- The receiver has moved without providing a forwarding address.

- Unsuccessful delivery after several attempts.

A "Return to Sender” package will be ineligible for redelivery and will be disposed of once it reaches the carrier’s warehouse.

We totally understand your feelings when one item on your order is not received yet. To help track down the missing item, we suggest following these steps:

  1. Review your shipping confirmation emailto know if your items were shipped separately. In cases where orders contain multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages on different dates. We're afraid that our shipping service doesn't accommodate forwarding requests. We recommend you contact the local post office to ask if you can change your shipping address.

Most of our items are made of 100% cotton fabric, except for:

Ash/Gray color shirts: 99/1 cotton/polyester.

Hoodie: 75/25 cotton/polyester for Gray Heather color and 70/30 cotton/polyester for others.

Sweatshirt: 50/50 cotton/polyester.

We choose fabric that stretches for precise customization and vibrant prints. Gildan’s material ensures high ink adhesion and color durability. 

Here are some tips to help soften the shirt:
- Wash before wear to remove stiffness and soften your tee.
- Soak your T-shirts in mild fabric softener (or vinegar if you are allergic to softener) within 15-30 minutes.
- Run the tee through a normal wash cycle.

We're committed to enhancing product quality and will keep you updated on improvements.

The majority of our shirts are made with Gildan, besides, we also use Hanes or Equivalent.

For Premium tee, we use brands Next Level, Bella Canvas, or Equivalent.

These tips below will help to preserve the fabric and print quality of your shirts:

  • Turn the shirt inside out and wash with cold water
  • Dry your shirt on a low heat
  • Avoid harsh detergents
  • Iron your shirt inside out with low heat and a tea towel in between if possible

At the moment, we DO NOT offer frames for posters for the following reasons:

  • Shipping larger frames presents challenges as they might be damaged during transit, while our goal is to ensure your posters arrive in perfect condition.
  • Shipping frames would lead to higher overall costs due to increased shipping fees. We are committed to providing cost-effective products and competitive shipping rates.

We suggest exploring local stores such as Walmart or Target for frames available at competitive prices to select frames that align with your preferences and budget. Rest assured, we are making every effort to find a supplier that provides frames with a reasonable price and we will be sure to update you with any positive developments in this regard in the near future.

Please see below some major differences between our canvas and poster products:

Size: Both vary in size for you to pick 18” x 12”; 24” x 16”; 36” x 24”; 48” x 32”. If you need an item with a smaller size 12” x 8”, a canvas should be your choice.

Material: A poster is made of high quality resin-coated photo paper, with 260 GSM in weight and 10 mil in thickness. Meanwhile, a canvas includes 35% cotton, and 65% polyester, weights 310 GSM; 16 mil in thickness. 

Attachment: A poster DOES NOT include a frame while a canvas is framed and full gallery wrapped.

Additionally, there are technical challenges associated with placing identical designs on both sides of custom-shaped products. We are actively exploring options for introducing two-sided printed acrylic ornaments without compromising the inherent beauty of the acrylic material.

Please don’t worry, your acrylic keychains are protected by a brown seal to avoid scratches or damage during transit. To see your beautiful and actual design, please just peel the BROWN plastic cover off. You can use a small spoon to lift up one edge of the brown paper. Please watch the tutorial here

Yes, our personalized custom mugs can be used in the microwave and are dishwasher safe thanks to a special type of coating applied to the mug.

Tips: When using the microwave, set the temperature to medium. Only use the dishwasher if the mug was used with drinks containing ingredients that may cause yellow stains, as the interior of the mug is white. Additionally, we recommend avoiding washing products that contain chlorine, as the design may chip off in the dishwasher due to harsh detergents.

Modification and Cancellation

Yes, you can combine your orders as long as they have not been submitted for processing. To combine your orders, please ensure that both orders have the same shipping address.
Once you have confirmed this, kindly contact us via chat, our email support@trendingcustom.com or our contact form with the order numbers you wish to combine. Our team will assist you in merging the orders and adjusting any necessary payment or shipping details.
Please note that you can modify your orders within a 2-hour window, once an order has been submitted for processing, it may not be possible to combine it with another order. Therefore, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to request an order combination.

Step 2: At the order tracking page, you can modify the design by clicking on "Edit personalized". After finishing modification, click "Save personalization" to update the design.

Please note that your order is only eligible to be modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.

You cannot add more items to an existing order after checkout. Please create a new order if you're interested.

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us via chat, our email support@trendingcustom.com or our contact form and provide your order number and the new address you would like to update. We’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that your shipping address is only eligible to be modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.

Since your order was already shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address on our end. In this case, we suggest you kindly contact the shipping carrier directly on your end to change the shipping address. The shipping carrier will help you in the shortest possible time.

Due to security reasons, we are unable to edit the billing address. Please don't worry, as long as the shipping address is correct, the order will be delivered accordingly. Also, we will not be including the billing details when we pack the order.

If no duplicate order is placed, please do not worry, we only deduct once and the other payment will not proceed. The double charge that you see on your bank statement is most likely an authorization (pending charge), rather than a real charge.

When making a payment by credit card for certain services or by PayPal, your credit card company/PayPal may authorize your card before the actual funds are taken. If this is the case, the authorization appears on your bank statement in addition to the real charge. The authorization should disappear from your bank statement within a 7-14 days. we suggest that you wait for the release of the funds or contact your bank to speed up the process.
