Good quality, was a present for my boyfriend & he liked it since I put his cat on it. I wish u could get a bigger size mug. I like the oversized mugs better leaves more room to add creamer without being too full. Mug was exactly like pictured, no chips or damage. Packaging was done well, mug was surrounded in bubble wrap then put into the box. I didn’t add the extra charge for shipping protection & it was fine.

This was my Mother's Day gift from the hubby. These are/were our furry feline babies. We lost Dude and Cray, it broke our hearts. It was like losing your child. This cup won't used as it should be, drinking coffee, but as a loving memorial to them and to always have our surviving three furry babies next to me on my dresser when I look over at it. The mug is excellent, looks just like the ad. My wife loved it! The delivery was a bit strange. As long as it was with UPS I knew exactly where it was. When it transferred to USPS it was like it fell into a black hole. They just kept updating that it would arrive tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. And then one day, after a week, it just showed up!

The only negative is I felt the mug COULD be a little thicker. It's not flimsy by any means, I just noticed it was slightly thinner than the usual mugs I get.
