The photo is exactly as pictured. I love it! The email communications were great. There was even a bit of a story line in the communication emails once I ordered my product. I have had excellent luck with every product I have ordered from Trending Custom, including t-shirts, Christmas ornaments, and coffee mugs. The drawings are adorable, including pets, grandkids, and my kids (now parents). I love looking at and choosing the different hairstyles and colors, deciding the colors for the clothing, and the type of pet. These precious gifts are beautiful and sentimental keepsakes. They usually arrive in less than a week, though I suppose it might depend on your location. The customer service department is absolutely fantastic and will bend over backwards to help make things right if the need arises. Because I am bringing it to be framed, I have not yet opened the poster I purchased for my Son as a Father's Day gift, but as with my past purchases, I am sure it will be beautiful. Thank you for being a company I can trust and count on for that unique and perfect gift.
