Pros: The item turned out nice. It’s a great unique gift.
Cons: The magnets on the back are very weak and are not strong enough to hold it in place. Therefore, I will have to purchase stronger magnets for it or an easel for it to sit on. It took a month from purchase date to delivery, which is excessive in my opinion.
I’ve ordered other items from here and they had excessive delivery times too.

I just got back into town and the order for my music fridge magnet arrived while I was away. I opened the packaging and my first thought was, "this is so pretty and beautiful and I absolutely love it." Until I pushed the button to hear the song that I chose and it didn't work. No music, no sound at all. Did I do something wrong? What do I do now?
I sent the same thoughts above to the support email and I immediate received a FAQ guide. Apparently there is an on/off switch next to the charging port of the unit, yes make sure you have charged your item, too.
The on/off switch was invisible to me, and mostly my old eyes that don't see so well anymore. I flipped the switch to on, pressed the button to play my song, and my song started playing. My heart started melting Immediately.
This is a beautiful piece that I will treasure for the rest of my life ❤️

It was exactly as described. I had an issue with getting it to work as far as turning it on but when I read their instructions online it ran perfectly. There is a little switch on the side that you have to push up after you get it charged totally. I love it and it is perfect for what I need it for. Thank you.
