The red box was not a cheap one. The plaque was great. Looks like a great quality. I had to contact customer service because of some confusion on the two items ordered. The responded quickly and the second items was delivered tqo days after the first one. It's just some confusion on the shipping order. As far as the gift box and plaque my son will love it for Father's Day. I will purchase items from Trending Custom again.
