Ornament is very cute and met expectations. Shipping was very slow. Tracking was hard to follow and showed it just sitting at site even though it said it had been shipped?? Then it kept giving us new delivery dates, later, later and later! Then Dec 26th! While other companies products were arriving in just a few days? It did arrive on Christmas Eve. And I was pleased. But it was stressful waiting.

I gifted this to my grandson and expected mother, they absolutely loved it! It was so adorable and beautifully crafted. It's made with good quality I think porcelain not sure of the material. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was I asked for brown eyes and they looked more green then brown. But, my grandkids didn't notice or didn't mention it and they hung it up on their tree right away!! The sellers were phenomenal and I loved getting the heart-filled messages keeping me informed about my order, it left me with such anticipation for its arrival, like to an ending of a great story.
