The graphics on this door mat are great! I wish the mat itself were a bit more heavy duty. This mat would not be appropriate for outdoors, but we'll just use it indoors, so that should be OK. And I loved the delivery process; I have a difficult address where things are constantly misdelivered, but you made sure it was correct every step of the way, which, in my situation, is no small feat! Thank you for a great order experience. Would definitely buy from you again.

I was very happy with the product itself. It was awesome. My issue was with the delivery. I knew that it would arrive after Christmas, but it was ridiculous that every day for a week, it said it was being delivered when I looked at the tracking number and it was finally delivered on Thursday the following week. Ridiculous!

I am really enjoying my doormat with the names of my cats on it. The drawings look exactly like my cats. I put it in front of the kitchen sink. I smile every time I look at it and especially when one of my cats lays on it. It's so good looking. When I wipe it off with a damp rag, it dries quickly and looks brand new again. When I first received it, it was rolled up, so I put a few cans on one end of it to flatten it so it would lay flat and it lays flat on the floor now. Would recommend.

The quality of the mat is beautiful. However, the colors did not turn out as I thought they would based on the colors I chose when ordering. I chose black and white for one cat, and a gray/brown/white for the other cat. The black and gray colors turned out brown, and it's obvious because the border and text of the mat is very black. It's still a lovely gift for me friend, but it doesn't quite look like her cats as I'd hoped. Great idea and design though!

I ordered this mat in the morning and that evening our Kirby died unexpectedly. . I thought of canceling the order, but decided to go ahead and let the mat come. We will now display it at the bottom of the stairs. It is very nice and we would order again.
