The picture is beautiful and it’s awesome that you can add personalization and the means to add a song. I would order again in a minute. The only problem I had was this is a photograph …when shipping it needs to be adhered to a piece of stiff cardboard before putting in a cardboard envelope. That way it ensures that it will not be bent or destroyed in anyway. There was a slight crimp in the middle, but once I framed it, you do not notice it.

You can tell by the still photo also that the item was not packaged as a smooth rolled item. The waves are from top to bottom. I tried smoothing it in the frame to no avail. I didn't want to apply a heated towel to it to smooth it out because I was afraid it would ruin the print all together
