The piece is amazing! The detail was amazing and my wife loved it. That was where you receive your gold star. However, you fail miserably with the fact that you had more than enough notice to get that piece to me in a reasonable amount of time and I had to wait at least a week and a half after Valentine's Day to get it which had me very upset which is why I ordered early and the excuse was postal service hasn't picked up. Well you know guys that stinks but if you're going to say that this will be here before this date then if you have to call somebody and crack their knuckles for dropping the ball then that's what you do and it was because of this. That as nice as your product was. I don't know if I'll ever order from you again because I can't trust your mailing time
