I loved being able to personalize my ornaments myself. And when I had submitted one of my ornaments forgetting to put eye glasses on the daddy character, I emailed the company asking if I could modify the order, I was contacted quickly early the next day and the gentleman added the eye glasses to the ornament, sent a picture of the modification to me, and it was perfect! I was looking for an ornament to give my bestie and this was perfect. I was a little confused at first because it did not come with instructions and it looked like it was backwards. The email instructions regarding peeling the backing off arrived 9 days after I received the ornaments and to be honest, the backing was not very easy to peel off. But overall the final result is perfect.
