I was disappointed that the back of the ornament was a backward mirror image of my items. I was ready to send it back as all words were backwards. I peeled off the paper to find it correct. However would have been much better if ornament was blank on back as it looks like a major mistake. Please advise if this is correct? Not mentioned on your sight and depending how it hangs on tree could be eyesore. PLEASE ADVISE!!!!

The ornament is really nice. I bought one for myself and one for my grandson to have. At first I thought the writing was backwards and was going to return them. My daughter-in-law noticed a thin brown paper that we were able to remove and see the ornament was correct. I think these ornaments will make a nice addition to our trees. Really cute ornament.

First of all I love the ornament! I unfortunately wrote a review based on a mistake I had made by not taking off the backing-making it look backwards to me. Anyway- customer service was extremely prompt and letting me know what I needed to do (peel the back off). And I would definitely reorder from this company again!

The ornament arrived with paper backing on the front, looking like it was printed backwards. A simple statement included with the other printed materials, telling us that it needed to be removed, would have been helpful. It took an email from me to prompt a response with that information. A question about backwards printing in the FAQs had a blank answer.
