My mom is absolutely in live with this product! She has 12 grandkids so it’s a bit of a challenge finding products all of them will fit on! But they fit on here! At first she couldn’t read it until she figured out it needed to be turned over! It is stunning and made her so happy! Thank you! I did have one problem-my order got doubled for whatever reason and she received two? It could have been my fault but I really did think I ordered two????? I got several messages saying my order didn’t go through so I kept trying. One of them must have went through??? But we do LOVE the product!!!

I cannot wait to give this to my father during my mother's Celebration of Life party. We unfortunately didn't receive it in time for the funeral when we expedited the order, however, that doesn't change my opinion of the productor the sellers customer service. I had it engraved as a forever reminder of the "Grove" my parents made together vs. "Grandma's Garden" as advertised.
My folks also had gardens but they lived together on acreage and had a citrus and avocado Grove. My father always referred to it as their "Family Name Grove" and that was perfect as to be a happy reminder, not one that made him feel like a widower or that he grew our family alone.
With my mother's untimely passing just before Christmas, he still has to go through all their things and now let go of their home they have shared for 47 years and I am hoping that wherever he goes, it will serve as a happy reminder of the family they grew and where it all started... 4 children, 9 grandchildren and their 1st newborn great-grantchild born just months before my beautiful mother passed in their home with my father by her side.
Our item was in perfect condition when it arrived, though a tad late, but with clear instructions on the outside of the box that instructed me to video the unboxing in case there was a problem. The package was also clearly labeled as fragile and handled by the shipper very carefully and the inside was beautifully packaged. When I opened it and plugged it in the first time, I cried tears of joy and sorrow missing my mother as she would have LOVED this and know my father will to!

I really loved the acrylic light. The workmanship was beautiful. The creators were great, they even were willing to make a wording change shorty after ordering.
However, when we placed the acrylic light on its wooden stand, the acrylic block was not wide enough to fit on the stand, so there was a small gap, which made it possible for the acrylic block to top over and fall. I inserted small pieces of cardboard on the back area of the block to make the light snug in its stand.
My mother absolutely loved it and displaces on the mantel for all to see.
I didn’t give the product a 5 stars because of 2 reasons. Although I ordered the item early in December, the gift took too long to be delivered. To make sure to get it for Christmas, I paid extra for expedited service. Honestly, that was a waste of money because it was delivered on 12/28, after Christmas.
The other complaint I have is that if you want to protect the product you have to pay extra for shipping and also buy the gift box which costs almost $20. In my opinion, the price of the box is too expensive. I can see paying $5, but $20 for a box is way too much.
So after paying for expedited service, shipping protection and the gift box, the light ended up costing me over $106. I really liked the acrylic light, but paying over $100 for it, was too expensive.

The item itself was nice but I paid for gift wrapping and it did not come gift wrapped and had a two foot ribbon just laying in the box. I had this delivered as a gift and when my parents opened it, I was disappointed to learn it was not wrapped. I paid extra for the wrapping and did not get this service!
