This item arrived quickly and everything was correctly spelled and worked properly. I was slightly disappointed because the font is not the same as pictured when we ordered it. The font for the flowers in the example appears bigger when we ordered and it is actually tiny and hard to read in person. Also, the font for "grandma's garden" is not as bold in person as pictured in the ad. It is actually pretty hard to even see because of how thin and light the printing is. You have to actually pick up the item and tilt it to the light to see what it says. My kids chose this gift for their grandma and she will love it no matter what.

While we love the product the arrival time was much longer than we would have wanted. We got a notice that it "shipped" when the label was created. We didn't see any movement or it actually going to the carrier for several days. When it arrived our order was wrong. Took a few days to get a response and then more time to get it shipped out missing the birthday it was meant for (we ordered a month in advance). Lastly the AI generated emails that feel like a "chat with a friend" were cute at first but quickly became "too much" especially when we had an order issue. In the end the gift was a hit but there is definitely room for improvement.

This personalized gift is a great idea and way of displaying the grandkids names with birth flowers. I felt the craftsmanship of the piece was well made, but would have liked the wooden stand to have a clear finish for protection and a more finalized look. The cord length is adequate, but an actual power block instead of a USB end would be ideal for grandparents. Overall, the product is a Beautiful piece which is nicely crafted.

The item itself is beautiful, but your company’s customer service is horrible. You pay extra for priority processing and you are led to believe your item will arrive on time and when you do not receive shipping notifications and you e-mail customer service and get no reply’s it’s infuriating. Only after you file a dispute with the cc company do you finally hear back from customer service.

It's a very cute gift that mother is going to love. The light has a little bit of a delay after you press the button. I did not think it worked at first, but after a few times of clicking the button, it worked. We also had a bit of a delay in shipping after Mother's Day. Thank you for the shipping refund! I really loved my product! It’s exactly as advertised, and came on time!
But I will say, as much as I love it, the emails from the company were too much. As a customer, all I want is notifications of my orders status. I don’t want to have to read through a long and weird email just to find out at the bottom my order was received. And then again, when my order is finished. Then again when it’s shipped. Don’t get me wrong, I want to be notified of all of those things, but that’s all the email needs to say. I don’t need an email from someone pretending they know me, and telling me a story.
Other than that, I had a great experience with what I bought, and will for sure be buying more.

We were very pleased with the look of our purchase. It seems to be made of quality materials. The only part that was frustrating was, even though we ordered it in time. It didn’t show up when it was supposed to. So it wasn’t here for Mothers Day. Shipping is very slow, so beware. It sat in California for over a week on our tracking. Plus we got charged a separate international charge on our card, which we weren’t aware of. So don’t expect the items you order to arrive quickly.

I really cannot rate the quality because despite ordering WAY in advance for Mother’s Day my item did not ship for a couple weeks, and arrived AFTER Mother’s Day. My mother is out of town now so won’t even see it till the end of the month. It was EXTREMELY disappointing especially since I emailed several times ( twice with no response and once with an offer for either a mug, which I plan to never order here again so that was a no! Or for a refund on shipping which I have yet to see) I spent around $150 for both gifts plus shipping!
I placed 2 orders on the same day and NEITHER of them showed up and one JUST shipped yesterday. So needless to say I had 2 Very disappointed mothers who did not receive gifts on Mother’s Day. (Both of which live in a different state than myself so it wasn’t like I could bring them something in the mean time). To say I was disappointed is a major understatement! And to boot they had a “guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day if ordered by a certain date” on the site. DO NOT make that promise if you literally cannot deliver upon it. NEVER ordering here again!

It’s beautiful! It arrived yesterday and I couldn’t wait to give it to my mom today. When she went to plug it in, the lights didn’t work.
