While we love the product the arrival time was much longer than we would have wanted. We got a notice that it "shipped" when the label was created. We didn't see any movement or it actually going to the carrier for several days. When it arrived our order was wrong. Took a few days to get a response and then more time to get it shipped out missing the birthday it was meant for (we ordered a month in advance). Lastly the AI generated emails that feel like a "chat with a friend" were cute at first but quickly became "too much" especially when we had an order issue. In the end the gift was a hit but there is definitely room for improvement.

This personalized gift is a great idea and way of displaying the grandkids names with birth flowers. I felt the craftsmanship of the piece was well made, but would have liked the wooden stand to have a clear finish for protection and a more finalized look. The cord length is adequate, but an actual power block instead of a USB end would be ideal for grandparents. Overall, the product is a Beautiful piece which is nicely crafted.

This was ordered as a Mother�s Day gift on April 20th and I paid for expedited shipping. I received notice on 4/26 that my order had been shipped. The tracking remained as shipping label created for weeks and did not change to being in hands of USPS until 5/13 and it was finally delivered on May 22nd - 1 1/2 weeks after Mother�s Day. I will not be ordering from this company again.

The item itself is beautiful, but your company�s customer service is horrible. You pay extra for priority processing and you are led to believe your item will arrive on time and when you do not receive shipping notifications and you e-mail customer service and get no reply�s it�s infuriating. Only after you file a dispute with the cc company do you finally hear back from customer service.

I was excited to receive my order, but when I opened it up, it was extremely small, hard to read, and the names on the stems of the flowers were out of order. I was highly disappointed in that.

But I will say, as much as I love it, the emails from the company were too much. As a customer, all I want is notifications of my orders status. I don�t want to have to read through a long and weird email just to find out at the bottom my order was received. And then again, when my order is finished. Then again when it�s shipped. Don�t get me wrong, I want to be notified of all of those things, but that�s all the email needs to say. I don�t need an email from someone pretending they know me, and telling me a story.
Other than that, I had a great experience with what I bought, and will for sure be buying more.

We were very pleased with the look of our purchase. It seems to be made of quality materials. The only part that was frustrating was, even though we ordered it in time. It didn�t show up when it was supposed to. So it wasn�t here for Mothers Day. Shipping is very slow, so beware. It sat in California for over a week on our tracking. Plus we got charged a separate international charge on our card, which we weren�t aware of. So don�t expect the items you order to arrive quickly.

First, the order took longer than expected to ship. So although the website implied the gift would be on time for Mother�s Day it was not. Second, the cursive is hard to read, so style nice but execution not the best. Third, the device comes with a usb termination so a block was needed to be able to plug in. Not much of a deal but for my older mother it meant having to wait longer to I could get there and get it plugged in.
So overall my first experience with this company is disappointing.
