My mother is in process of painting her home so final product isn't hanging on the wall. I chose to frame it in a black wood frame similar to the wood grain in the poster. I love the product, but paying for express delivery and it showing up 5 days later than supposed to and the lack of response when the only way to contact you is via email and it takes a week before you get a response and then it's too late. And no resolution was made to reimburse the 16.00 express delivery fee that was paid for a shipment that was supposed to be there between the 6th and 8th and it shows up on the 13th. Not to mention that the website said it would be there before mother's day and it shows up after.

Once the product arrived, I was pleased. We had issues with the wrong item being sent initially. Only communicating via email is frustrating. It would be nice to just be able to call and explain the situation versus checking your email throughout the day to see if anyone has responded.
