I love the product, but paying for express delivery and it showing up 5 days later than supposed to and the lack of response when the only way to contact you is via email and it takes a week before you get a response and then it's too late. And no resolution was made to reimburse the 16.00 express delivery fee that was paid for a shipment that was supposed to be there between the 6th and 8th and it shows up on the 13th. Not to mention that the website said it would be there before mother's day and it shows up after.

Now, whomever is in charge of customer satisfaction at this company does a phenomenal job after you purchase. They keep you up-to-date on your order and shipment.
