I rated 4 stars only because turn around time from ordering to receiving was over a month (3 weeks or so for delayed shipping). So Mother's Day gift was given a week late. I had purchased two others, just 2 days prior, and they were received within 2 weeks. Great product! Company did provide a free mug and to refund shipping costs as compensation for delayed order.

I bought this gift for my mother. Immediately after processing I realized there were two mistakes with my order. I had spelled a name wrong and because of Apple Pay it was shipping to the wrong location. I contacted customer service and within the hour they were in touch with me and corrected both issues with my order. They sent me a new proof with the new shipping information and I did not have to do anything. The gift arrived and my mother is in love with it! I cannot recommend this company enough!

It is a bit smaller than I realized it would be but it is really nice how it includes all of the grandchildren's names and individual flowers. I think I would have liked the pillow or canvas more but this is nice to be put on a shelf or nightstand.

Love that there's a couple of choices for each month. A few of mine are the same month some wanted a different flower than the other.. The only thing u didn't like that I thought would make it better was the first letter of each name should be capitolized and a little bigger. Love that it lights up. Very pretty.

The order received was beautiful. However, the wire may have a shortage. There were times where it wouldn’t light up.
When we did get it, it was having to wiggle the wire and even then.. the wire got way too hot to where we are unable to plug it in. Overall it’s beautiful and my mother loves it. Just issues with the wire.

Every picture I was sent in emails or viewed online makes this appear to be much larger than it actually is. If I would have noticed that there is NO WAY I would have paid that much money for it. Way too expensive (like twice as much) for the size. Which means the writing of the names are also very small and you have to pick it up and really look close to see them. Will never buy from your company again; my trust was broken by this purchase. Also very put off by the emails with somebody's sense of humor.... NOT very professional at all.

I love the item….Grandma’s Garden, with the birth flowers and names…..BUT, the base is just wood and does not have any writing at all…..I had requested “Mimi’s Garden”….I searched the box thinking there might be a stick on decal….but found nothing….otherwise, I really love it and especially love it when light is on‼️
