Yeah, I really like the grandma's garden thing for the grandchildren, but the one thing is I paid six ninety 99 for gift wrapping, and they put the postage stickers all over the gift wrap. And now the package is ruined. I cannot give it to my mother. That way, I have to take the wrapping paper off and rewrap it.Yeah, not a fan of that.Won't be buying from you anymore

While we love the product the arrival time was much longer than we would have wanted. We got a notice that it "shipped" when the label was created. We didn't see any movement or it actually going to the carrier for several days. When it arrived our order was wrong. Took a few days to get a response and then more time to get it shipped out missing the birthday it was meant for (we ordered a month in advance). Lastly the AI generated emails that feel like a "chat with a friend" were cute at first but quickly became "too much" especially when we had an order issue. In the end the gift was a hit but there is definitely room for improvement.

Let me just start off by saying I LOVE the finished product. This was a Mother’s Day gift for my mother in law. She ADORES it. It’s just beautiful. My only negative was the time it took to come. My estimated delivery dates were May 5th-May 8th. When my shipping hadn’t updated by May 5th I knew I wouldn’t get it in time. I sent 3 emails concerning shipping and did not receive a response to any of them. It arrived May 13th. The day after Mother’s Day. If I wouldn’t have had the issue with late arrival and no response to my emails I would have given this 5 stars.
