I went through with the purchase and this very picky person was very pleased. I’m not sure what the negative reviewers purchased, but it could not have been the ceramic ornaments. The ornaments I received are not the quality of the finished item on the site preview. The colors and finish are not crisp & clear, and the lettering is small & a bit blurry on the two I received. The ladies sweater is supposed to be red & it's more of a brownish red, and the boys sweater is just a blur. The colors on the little boys head are very faint. His hair & skin should be the color of the grandads. I could only include one photo on this review. I wish I could have the two photos side by side to compare.

I am very disappointed in this company. this is the first time that I have bought from this company. I sent a couple emails out stating that my order was late. I asked for my shipping to be refunded not the shipping cost. That’s fine but I actually got the extended shipping. That’s what I wanted I wanted refunded. The company would not even do that. I will never buy from this company again, and I will definitely spread the word, if you buy from here, don’t expect them to help you with anything.

Items were exactly as pictured and arrived quickly in perfect condition. I have not attached the hanging cords that came with them but they look a little flimsy. I'm hoping they hold up. I do have one suggestion for the company. All three of the ornaments I ordered were bubble wrapped but came in a single box. It would be nice to have separate boxes for each ornament to use when presenting them as gifts. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Within about 24 hours of my order, I noticed that my purchase was ceramic and there was an option with the ornament made in wood. I emailed to request the change. (The wood wouldn’t be fragile for our small grandchildren.) The change was made and they issued a credit for the difference. The ornaments arrived within 10 or so days.
