I have several of these 20 oz tumblers in different designs for different pets....some even have precious pets that have since crossed Rainbow Bridge. After years the tumblers still look brand new. I followed the washing instructions and never allow them to soak in steaming hot dish water. I hand wash them all and use a non-abrasive dish sponge. The graphic design on each of them still look freshly made. The tumblers used to come with a lid that didn't hold up to daily use and I had to purchase replacement 20 oz lids, which are easily found at Amazon or Walmart's website. Well the lid style has been changed and these new lids seem more durable.
This mug is my latest. I used all 14 kitty spots for my current rescues, both indoor and out. I have exactly 14, and this tumbler fit them all! I just love it!!! Actually having my coffee out of it at the moment.
This company does excellent work. If you take care of your tumbler, it will last. They're so personal and I just love them. I have a new rescue pup, and it's time to get her on a new Trending Custom tumbler.
