The cat mug is second one I've purchased. It is so cute, colors clear and bright, design is on 2 sides. The mug has a 3 finger handle so it's big and sturdy. I had an issue ordering multiple items as the website has a ticking clock to save the design which I found annoying. It takes time to find the perfect design, perfect cat pictures (colors and breeds). So I was rushed and didn't order everything I wanted. I contacted customer service and they resolved my issue promptly and satisfactorily. Very good customer service !

The kitty mug is awesome! I plan on getting more for extended family members. I actually bought waterproof acrylic paint markers to make a few small changes, so the images are even closer to the real thing.

Although he didn't grow up a "cat person", my husband fixes the cats' breakfast every morning, so this struck my funny bone and I gave it to him for his birthday. Then our black cat- the first of all our cats to claim my husband as "his person"- died last month unexpectedly. Then, horrors!, a few days later I accidentally broke the mug.
