I Love my mug! It’s the only one I’ve found which let me include all SIX of my cats and their names!
I also loved that I could select from several different accent colors for the rim and handle. Deep purple is my favorite color and it was available. This isn’t a color that’s easy to find. My only wish is that this mug came in a taller version (if it does I didn’t see it).
It didn’t take long for my mug to arrive and it was very carefully packaged.

The mugs were cute, but the service was terrible. I bought these for a Christmas present, and I wasn't told until after I placed my order that they might not make it in time. I kept getting emails saying they would be arriving on time, and then suddenly they weren't. I had to keep emailing and asking for resolution. They finally arrived a week or so after Christmas.
I had seen them online on Etsy for a cheaper (much cheaper) price, but I bought them from this company because I thought I was dealing with the manufacturer...only to find out they were coming from China. If you order them, I would recommend getting them from the least expensive source you can. If they come late, you, at least, will not have paid a premium price for subpar service.
