The 2 I had ordered are wonderful. Thank God you shipped them in double boxes and perfectly but I would suggest putting them in a sealed plastic because USPS shoved them in my mailbox on a massive rain day with a quarter of the boxes hanging out in the rain. No water damage God Bless... beautifully packaged

I would ask that you offer that size in a horizontal format, as well as the vertical format. To get the final product that I wanted, I had to rotate the photo that I submitted 90°.

Color an image looked beautiful, but it was not cropped properly...there was a white line on the side of the image that should have been taken care of before it was sent to me. I ended up having to go to a print shop to use their paper cutter to remove the white line myself.
My real disappointment was that the general description did not prepare me for the fact that the product comes rolled up tightly in a mailing tube. I was mistaken for assuming that it would come as some sort of print on a canvas frame. And it was wrapped so tightly, that I had to lay it flat, pressed between 2 flat surfaces for 24 hours so that it would not curl back on itself. I had to purchase a frame and mount the print myself.
