The finished product was very well crafted and met my expectations regarding the personalization, fit, and finish. There was a long delay in receiving my product, but I received nice compensation (10% off and free delivery) so well done customer service. As to the finished product, there are only 2 minor issues - 1) I didn't realize the cord would be a USB plug, though I'm fairly sure I missed it in the product details and I probably should have realized, but maybe something more prominent for unobservant people like myself would be better. 2) regardless of the plug end, the cord really needs to be longer. The short cord works perfectly for on your desktop next to a computer or something similar, but no where near long enough for ANY other locations like a dresser, nightstand, bookcase or other shelf, or end-table. This is truly an issue as I would love to display it prominently somewhere in the house and I cannot.

I love the product, but the service was terrible! The emails were witty and funny until the time actual customer service had to be utilized and that was a big fat ZERO! Delayed shipment.... missed mother's day... promised a refund for shipping (never happened), promised a discount for the order (never happened), promised a huge discount on the next product (never got a code)... literally everything I was promised was tossed aside. You guys have the right idea, but your delivery was atrocious!

It is a really great product, but it can't be left turned on. After a while the light turns off and you can't turn it back on until the next day. My wife really wanted to leave it turned on at her work, but it must overheat. It sounds like there is a light mechanism problem.
