It's a lovely tin-like material. Super light for easy hanging. Had a great experience. Wish they had men with short-shaved men's haircut style (military-style), so I went with bald... but he's the only that just didn't match up.

The product is nice, I have no complaints. Unfortunately I was not able to use the ornaments I ordered as Christmas gifts due to them arriving after Christmas. Due to a year long military deployment, this was the only picture of us “together” that we were able to send to family members to celebrate the holidays so the fact that we were not able to do that is really upsetting.

Getting to actually change hair style and add things to the ornament was really cool and especially giving the option on the angel wings was a cherry on top of a sunday one of the main reason why I ordered it 10/10

Product is mediocre quality, but could definitely be better. I liked the image options and ease of design, but when it arived there were scratches on the back of the ornament, and the 2022 wasn't perfect, had a little black smudge coming out of one of the numbers. Also edges were peeling off at the cut mark when I opened it. Image wasnt as clear as i hoped either. Hopefully it will last. I think if not for the sentimental aspect, I probably would have given it a 3.
