Ordered the crossword Family names. Arrived damaged. They redid it and left off part of the wording and now say, they can't remake it but will send me a discount coupone so I can reorder it. They aren't looking at the original order as it is their error, not mine and if they would look at the original order they would see they should make it right, yet they won't. Disappointed

May I suggest you find another method of shipping except rolling it. It was a chore and a half to get it flattened enough to put in a frame. It took a lot of attempts in the frame out because you could see a seam. Thanks.

Wanted to order it but unfortunately it does not allow two of the same name. So my husband and my son both have the same name and I would like both to show up but it won't do it. It should not stop you from having a duplicate name since many families do have same names

Perfect! I was wondering how the "tiles" would accommodate all of the names (5 names). I had it printed on the black background, and will frame it with a clear frame. My son has a large set of bookcases next to his fireplace and the size I picked will look fantastic on it.
