I don’t often take time to leave reviews. However, Trending Custom’s customer service and product was so exceptional, that it absolutely warranted 5 ⭐️ review and the time to write this.
I placed an order for the family scramble style canvas for our blended family of 9. Unfortunately, I left off a kid (we have 7 so life is chaotic) and I didn’t catch it until 4 days later after it was in production. I reached out to Customer Service and asked to change the order, but unfortunately it was too late and already at the printer (completely my mistake). CS offered a 40% off code to reorder the correct version, which I happily accepted and just requested them to toss the original order to save on shipping costs. They did me one better! Management reached out and insisted on sending the correct version at no additional expense. We are Soo thrilled with the product. I will be doing all my custom design holiday shopping with Trending Custom BECAUSE of their exceptional CS and quality of products.

I bought two of these for two separate family members. The one had five names on it and the other one had eight names. I got them both in the 8 x 12 size. The one with five names was perfect, but the one with eight names on it should have been larger. I will know better for next time to order a large canvas, so that the letters will be bigger
