The mug is adorable, however, I found it very difficult to deal with the styrofoam packaging . It is not good for the environment, plus it made a mess when I was trying to get the tape off to open it. The styrofoam broke up in little chucks.

Loved the mug and the concept! I purchased a set for me and my best friend of 44 years, we met in high school. I always move out of state, but we get together all the time for out-of-town girl's trips and I'll be taking her mug to her soon! I love how light the mug feels and it's become my fav mug to drink my morning coffee. The design is nice, and I love how I was able to select all of the features to make the ladies look more like the two of us. The only thing I didn't like was the bat in the background, but oh well, I noticed it too late. I liked the product so much that I ordered a mug with the designs for my husband and myself, and a set of 3 to give to each of my sister's, including my departed Sister who is always with us in spirit. I know my sisters are going to love the mug, it has a different version of the four of us, I can't wait until they receive theirs! We all live in different states as well, and when I drink from the mug and look at the pictures of us and our names, it makes me feel close to them, as well as to my best friend. The product is a little pricey, but worth the memories!
