I got this for my daughter who lives 2000 miles away from me and we don't get to see each other often. Customizing it was fun to do. I applaud the service department. When i received the original coffee cup, there was a flaw in it and contacted the service department immediately via email. They responded and got on a new cup and I received it a week or so later. They kept me apprised of the deliverable and when it would arrive. I was impressed with their proactiveness.
