The gift I purchased is very nice and my wife likes it. However, the experience from order to shipping was a nightmare. I was told time and time again from this company that my item was in transit. They also blamed the USPS for not being efficient in scaning the items when it reaches destinations. I talked to the USPS and for about 2 weeks they did not have the item and it was not in transit, when this company said it was. Instead of blaming the USPS, just be straight with the customer and tell them you are running behind in production. I will never use this company again and will tell my friends to steer away from it.

Well my experience wasn’t great. It was suppose to be a valentines gift. The order was placed and on the 3rd of February I get noticed it was shipped from New York. I live in NC and it takes about three to 4 days to receive anything from NY, but for three weeks it just sat in NY without any movement and this company couldn’t really provide me with any explanation or when it would be here. Needless to say it was extremely late, poor customer experience and I will not be ordering from them again. Luckily I had other arrangements in place so my wife wasn’t without and wasn’t reliant on this gift. The whole experience was shit, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, ever.
