I was disappointed that it did not arrive on time for Valentine's Day. That was the purpose of ordering on time. Even though it was ordered with ame time reflected in their delivery window, it still did not come. I almost just cancelled and was going to send back. It arrived the next day, so her gift was a picture of the actual item.

Item was a little slow to ship, actually didn't ship until the day I sent an email questioning why it hadn't shipped yet. Never received an email saying that it shipped or an apology for the delay. The item itself looks great but the service wasn't great. I ordered it with time for valentines day and still came 2 days after. I received a message a couple days before Valentines day that it was out for delivery but the status did got updated until I reached out asking about it. The products are great ideas but I rather look for something else and have this as a second option.
