Thanks so much. It turned out great and very fun gift. The one thing that I might suggest is to mention how long the process may take from the start of the order to shipping, at least an approximation. It could be this was mentioned when I was doing the order, but if so I missed it. I had planned it for a Christmas gift, and it came after Christmas, which I didn't know it was going to until I ordered and waited to get the shipping information. Just for planning purposes, it would have been nice to knowhow long it could have taken when I put my order in. My friends loved it and I will definately come back in the future.

The characters look so much like my friends because there are a lot of custom features such as hair color, hair styles and characters.
