Annoying website and email blast. Just a bit too much. I appreciated the first email about order confirmation but after than daily emails with just marketing promotions and nonsense.
Further extremely slow process. Order didn’t arrive till almost 20 days after placing. Paid for expedite charge to make the product. Item showed in shipping for almost a week and don’t get transferred over to carrier.
The product maybe good but process and wait times were not worth the purchase.

Saw the ad on Facebook and I thought cute mother's day gift for my wife from our 1yr old. Ordered it then got an email about a mailing date. The mailing date changed a couple times then said it left with out a slip.(I don't know if it was them buying time it really was something with the USPS.) Communication between the company and my self was quick with responses and things were handled appropriately. Wife loved the product. Very well made and looks great. Overall exp. and product I'd give it a 4.7 out of 5.

My wife loved the gift! The only two things preventing a great review are that it was a bit smaller than the photo and video advertisements and the 3 to 4 emails a day for other promotional items when I have not received the item I ordered yet is annoying.

The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 is because one of the signs did not light up when I received it. One of the parts that was glued to the led lights broke. Other than that the sign itself was absolutely adorable and very well made.

Item didn’t arrive for Mother’s Day after being assured it’d be there in time. It sat for over 2.5 weeks just waiting to be picked up per the tracking info. I was told I’d get a 10% discount for the delay but never did. I asked for my shipping costs back but never got a response. My mom really liked it after I was able to give it to her although the writing is very hard to see bc it’s white and the wood is very light also. The lettering doesn’t pop like it does in the pics. Everything looks well made though

I ordered this for our granddaughters (6 and 2) to give their mother on Mother's Day. The 6YO loved it. I showed it to her before wrapping. After asking what the flowers were for she was giddy to learn there are birth flowers and birth stones. My daughter loves it and brought it to her office to keep on her desk.
The quality and appearance are five-star. I would recommend this to anyone. My only critique is to include instructions regarding the USB fairy lights. The USB needs to be plugged in to charge the fairy lights.

It came with instructions for a 3 lighting option which this item does not. Has USB cord but no brick or plug so we had to get that. The wood block stand was a lighter color of wood than shown in my sample photo. Since it was shipped directly to the recipient, my mom, I was unable to correct these items leaving her to figure out what should've been a pull out of the box gift and enjoy turned into store trips and a miss match to her decor. She does love the sentiment.

Ordering was simple that’s where it went down hill, was told the package would arrive in time for Mothers Day well it didn’t, second it was sunspot have the names of her children on it and it did not ! I think more effort was put into them sending these corky email updates than the accuracy of the order, will never order from then again !

This was a Mother’s Day present and my mom opened it. We went to go plug it in and it did not work. Nothing would light up. I’ve gone through the whole rigmarole process of trying to do a return or a refund and I’m still waiting to hear back from the company about what they’re gonna do to fix this issue.
