I would highly recommend to order early!! Give yourself over a month for shipping. My order took well over a month to receive it. Then once it did arrive… I was very surprised how small it was for the price I paid. The quality of the product is nice but definitely small. Overall I would not really recommend.

Their customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied while waiting, I had reached out and they were more than kind and super helpful. I do not recommend buying products from this company. The shipping was expensive, I also paid for priority processing and received my items well after they were supposed to be delivered. Upon reaching out to customer service, they said to expect a response within 24 hours and I got nothing. No update on my items that had been sitting in the same city with no tracking update for weeks. I emailed every day for 4 days in a row to get a generic response from "customer service" saying that they are trying their best. My tracking was then updated that instead of receiving the items I ordered for Mother's Day gifts that should have arrived 3 days before mother's day, would not be to me until after mother's day. I was extremely disappointed and wanted more information and the only explanation they could give me was that shipping times were busy. I figured they would be which is why I paid for priority processing. I thought this may be a scam and I would never receive my packages. I ordered 3 items that were wrapped separately and all 3 were packaged wrong, so it's a good thing I unwrapped each and put them together before gifting them. I have to ship them to my family now because I had to go to mother's day empty handed for out of town family. I will not be using this company again and I am extremely unhappy with the lack of communication and the customer service BS. Don't recommend using them. They offered to refund the shipping cost after I demanded something back or give me a mug from their website but there is nothing else I am interested in having from them.
