From the first moment I ordered they kept me updated. The product came in a timely manner.
When I opened the ornament it had broken during shipping. I emailed them right away and they got back to me right away. They resent another ornament. Honestly this was a shipping issue so I wasn't sure how they would respond. I have been extremely happy with the product but blown away by their customer service!!!
