I didn't have the greatest experience with the shipping of my product. It is kind of crazy to me that you use third party people to take the items to USPS. My items went to few different parties including DHL before finally being delivered to USPS. I feel like if the company would just have USPS pick up the orders or someone from the company drop the order off at USPS it would get to your customers quicker and they would not be emailing asking questions about where their package is.
As far as the product itself, I bought it for a co-worker and it turned out great and she loved it ??

It really is nicely done. I love it. It's a good weight, colors are beautiful, and I'll probably order another one later. The only thing I'd mention is the sharp corners. If you have little ones and this is for a home office I would emphasize this is not a toy. Great item!

The name plate is very cute, sturdy and looks exactly as pictured. However, the time that it takes to get it was ridiculous. It took almost one month to receive it and the communication of why it was delayed or telling me it's on its way was way too complex. The emails were so long, they tried to be "funny" in the email as to why it was delayed. I don't want to hear that, just give me the facts and get it here sooner. Would not order from them again.
