The merchandise is great but the delivery was not so great. In the first 2 hours after placing the order it said that that was the only time I could change the order. Just after that I received an email that said it may take longer to deliver the order. One of the reasons I purchased it was that it was supposed to be here on Valentine's or by the latest the day after. Well the merchandise look like it was ready to be shipped in time. But there was no update by the postal service. I emailed the company and they let me know that it may take 10 days for it to be updated. I waited those 10 days and there was no update. After those 10 days I emailed again and said there was no update do you know what's going on. I received a form letter saying that they were following up and watching things to make sure that nothing out of the ordinary happened. Oddly enough two days after that movement started to happen on the USPS tracking site. About a week and a half later the merchandise was delivered. I love the merchandise but the delivery was rather odd. After I received the merchandise, I received an email that said the delivery was done in the topic sentence, and then in the body it said that the delivery will be within 2 to 3 days. The delivery needs to be fixed. The product is great though.

When the item shipped I was notified it was broken in transit, so they sent me another at no charge. The only downside is in order to plug it in, you have to have a charger block because it has USB cable for a plug-in.

The product itself is very nice. However, the experience was a bit disappointing. I initially placed the order at the end of January in hopes of receiving it before Valentine’s Day. On February 9, 2023 I received an email from the company stating the product had been damaged in transit. They assured me that they were working on replacing it. On 2/23/23 I still had not heard anything regarding my replacement so I sent an email inquiry.
I received a response the following day. I believe that customer service is the most important aspect of a successful company. I would have appreciated if there was more of an urgency to replace the item then I witnessed

The gift was prefect... it was well made and she loved it. I would buy again, if there was some kind of Guarantee on when it would arrive. That's my only problem with my experience of this transaction. I ordered it on Jan 30th but did not receive it until 1st of March. To me, that's not Acceptable. Just let the customer know, after they order something how long it will take ... be up front don't keep us in the dark.

The product was great but the deliver process was horrible. My order literally sat in college point, ny for a week. It was suppose to be a gift for Valentine’s Day but I didn’t arrive on time. If you want to give someone a gift from this company it’s better to order it a month before you need it because it’s most likely not going to get there on time
