I did not realize that the frame did not come with the picture. Not a big deal, just suprised. I also paid the extra few dollars for care with shipping and when it arrived the box was smashed and the picture was crimpled - not bad enough that I won't use it. Overall I got what I paid for and the picture is nice.

I love the particular poster I ordered. Unfortunately in my enthusiasm to order the one that I chose was because I was looking at the beach scene, on wood, but wanted the lake scene for some friends to display at their cabin. When I received mine it was larger and not on wood and I will need to frame it.

Thanks for asking. I've already sent an email to customer service. I love the poster. I'm unhappy with the service for order TRV3610242.
When I placed the order for $27.99 on Aug. 6, I was offered the opportunity to pay an additional $16.99 for expedited shipping, promising, if I paid it, delivery would be Aug. 9-13. Since I hoped to give it as a gift on Aug. 13, I accepted it. Two days after placing the order, I received an email saying my order would arrive Aug. 17-19. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that that wasn’t correct and that delivery would be Aug. 11-15. Naturally, I still hoped for delivery by Aug. 13.
The order arrived on Aug. 17. That not only was later than the original promise, it also was later than the second promise.
$16.99 is a lot to spend for shipping for a $27.99 item that only weighs a few ounces. But I paid it and have nothing to show for it. I would like the $16.99 refunded to my credit card, and I will continue to do business with you.
