Everything was as depicted (after I was told about the need to remove the protective film from the item), except that the tiny magnets are too weak/small to hold the item on my refrigerator. We have several other magnets holding firm on the refrigerator, so the magnets are the problem. I am glad that I ordered several weeks prior to needing the item because it took a LONG time to arrive. It is being displayed on a small easel since it will not hold firmly to the refrigerator.

The magnet w/music arrived promptly and is exactly as advertised. I first thought it was scratched when I pulled it out of the packaging, but after speaking with Abegail in Customer Service, I realized that I had not peeled off the protective coating on the front and back. It also comes with a charging cable to keep the our favorite song playing indefinitely. I am thrilled with my purchase!
