Loved the personalization of the ornament. Ordered around Christmas so they were backed up with orders and didn’t arrive before Christmas. However they communicated well and worked with UPS (or maybe USPS) when package got lost and ended up shipping a replacement item.

For $28 it's not at all what I expected. I would not have ordered if I knew your definition of a 3D effect was a flat piece of plastic with a decal on it. I'm embarrassed to give it as a gift. It looks cheap.
