I purchased the smaller version of the gnome couple and the recepiants loved, but I thought some of the details were hard to see and so ordered the larger version and gave it to them as a belated Christmas gift and they were thrilled. Unlike the smaller one, this larger one did not get put away with the holiday decorations and is on permanent display in the prominent location.

Got it day after Christmas but wasn't a problem. Tracking info was never accurate still showed in Chicago when I received it. You did send a second once tracking info failed, you did the best you could under the time of year crunch.

When my package did not have tracking information on it they managed to send out a second one at a priority mail. That was amazing that they actually took the time to track the package and seen there was a issue and tried to resolve the issue.
