The ornament is awesome but the delivery was not so good. It continued to get pushed back. I did not receive it until Dec 23rd. It stated it was shipped on Nov 27th. I reached out several times and continued to get the same email, which was of no help. I do love the ornament, it is great quality and adorable.

Item is much smaller than it appeared online, and more importantly, the names are so small and dark, that they are difficult to read. What looked like a really cool item to hang on a tree, turned out to be just OK at best.

I like the product. You used USPS to deliver it to me but the process too a long time from when it was passed to the USPS. The package traveled around in circles in Massachusetts. I know that this was not your doing. I do not want to go through this process again.
