The ornament was very nice, but it would have been better if the writing on the back was not backwards. When you hang the ornament, it may turn or twist and then everything on the back is unreadable.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife. She loves it. Because of a delay in the initial shipment, a second was sent expedited. Both arrived Christmas eve, with an apology for the inconvenience.. I contacted customer support to see if I should return one. They told me just to keep it. We're glad to have and will display year around.

Ordered item on Dec 5 with assurance it would be delivered by Christmas. Received email that it was on the way 4 days later. Plenty of time to get here. I then received several emails with the date getting later and later. My order was delivered on 12/27 and then I received another identical item on 12/28. Something is definitely wrong with your system and I will not be ordering anything else from you. I did like the item I received and it was as described and in good shape.
