Everything you need to know about your lovely 3D printed lamp:

 

COMPONENTS

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• LED wooden base

• Acrylic panel

• USB cable

Base material: Wood

Light plate material: acrylic

Power mode: USB

Wall charger is NOT included. Any USB charger will work just fine.

Light source: LED

Light color: monochrome warm light

Input voltage: 5V

Dimensions: 6” x 8” (15cm x 22cm) (including the wood base)


HOW TO USE:

  • Remove the protective brown seal from both sides of the acrylic plate.
  • Place the acrylic plate in the base.
  • Plug in the USB cable to the computer/power supply (ie:wall charger).
  • Press the power button to power the lamp on.

IMPORTANT

  • Please use a soft cloth to clean the acrylic panel if there is a mark on the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners as will damage the surface
  • Always switch the lamp off overnight or if left unattended.
  • What to do if the light doesn’t work?
    • Check if you have turned it on
    • Check if the cable has been plugged properly
    • Check if the wall charger is working well
    • If none of the above suggestions work, please contact us at support@trendingcustom.com

WARRANTY: 

  • Warranty period: 45 days since delivery
  • Coverage of Warranty:
    • The product doesn’t work upon arrival (i.e: can’t turn on the light, missing the LED light, etc)
    • Broken due to shipping
    • We will not warrant for causes that are not due to the fault of the manufacturer or shipping carriers.
