You should receive an email with order confirmation shortly after completing your purchase. 

If it does not exist in your inbox, please kindly check the spam folder of the correct email address associated with your order. The shipping cost is estimated based on the order’s weight and your location. The minimum shipping fee will be $5.99 for the standard shipping option, and $14.99 for the express shipping one. The cost will appear at checkout, after filling your shipping address.

Most of the orders will be handled and delivered by USPS and UPS. Other shipping partners are DHL, Fedex and A C I. Depending on your location and products, we use different couriers to ensure that your order would reach you in the shortest possible time.

We have warehouses both within and outside the US. While the majority of our production takes place at our US facilities, we also utilize several fulfillment centers globally (including in the EU and Asia) to provide customers with a broader range of merchandise options. High-quality products and quick delivery are always our top priorities, regardless of the production location.

Yes, but only for some specific products and US domestic orders. Express Shipping is now available for Vertical Rectangle LED night lights, Mugs, Ceramic/ Plastic Ornament, Shirts, Doormats, Clear Glass Can and Posters orders.For other items, we are working tirelessly to make this ability enabled in the future.
 
Express shipping will help accelerate the shipping time but will NOT affect the production time. You should expect to receive your packages within 2 - 5 business days AFTER the needed production time for each item (1 - 7 business days).

Please do not worry when your tracking number has not been updated yet. Usually, tracking information refreshes upon reaching the next facility, and it commonly takes 7-10 business days for shipping carriers to scan your package. If you've received our shipped-out notification, rest assured that your order is already with our internal shipping partner. The tracking status might be shown as "Pre-shipment" while the package is being transferred to USPS/ your local shipping courier. The tracking will be updated once your package arrives at the USPS/ local shipping carrier's sorting center.

Possible reasons for your package being returned to the sender might include, but not be limited to:

  • Your shipping address is incorrect/insufficient.
  • The addressee refuses the shipment.
  • The receiver has moved without providing a forwarding address.
  • Unsuccessful delivery after several attempts.

A "Return to Sender” package will be ineligiblefor redelivery and will be disposed of once it reaches the carrier’s warehouse.

Priority processing, or priority production, is a service offered to reduce the waiting time before the production process starts. Orders marked for priority processing are moved to the front of the queue for quicker preparation. This can accelerate the estimated production time by 12-24 hours compared to standard processing times. However, please note that adding priority processing DOES NOT affect the total shipping time.

Shipping protection, also known as shipping insurance, is a service provided to protect the value of goods during transit. With shipping protection, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund if the package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. You can select Shipping Protection on the Cart Page.

We totally understand your feelings when one item on your order is not received yet. To help track down the missing item, we suggest following these steps:

  1. Review your shipping confirmation emailto know if your items were shipped separately. In cases where orders contain multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages on different dates. Each package will have its unique tracking number. If the missing item was dispatched separately, it might still be in transit to you.
  2. If you're unable to locate an additional shipment and are still missing items, please kindly contact us via our contact form with photos of the items you received and the shipping label. We're always here for you!

We're afraid that our shipping service doesn't accommodate forwarding requests. We recommend you contact the local post office to ask if you can change your shipping address.

Meanwhile, we will continue monitoring the shipment on our end until it reaches the final post office. Once it arrives, we'll inform you so that you can request to hold the package for later pickup.

If the post office is unable to assist you, please don't hesitate to contact us via our contact form for further assistance.

Because our products are manufactured in different warehouses, orders containing different product types may be shipped separately with different tracking numbers. Don’t be concerned if one item arrives before the others. You can track the progress of each item in your order by using the tracking links provided on our Track Order page.

Typically, there should be no fee when receiving your package. However, due to varying import and export policies in different countries, you may be required to pay an additional amount to release the package from customs and proceed with the final delivery. If this happens, please send us a photo of the bill via our contact form, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

It may take additional days compared to our normal timeframe for within-the-US orders since orders have to go through customs. We cannot control the customs process and we apologize for any inconvenience due to any delays resulting from this.

Priority processing is a service offered to reduce the waiting time before production begins and it will NOT impact the shipping time for an order. While unforeseen delays may occasionally occur, we closely monitor all orders to ensure timely delivery. Should any unusual signals arise regarding your order's progress, we promptly notify you and provide a suitable solution.

You can add shipping protection for each item in your order. For example, if your order includes two items, you can add shipping protection for both.
In case your order only includes one item but two shipping protection is added, please contact us and we will make it right for you.

Occasionally, you need to contact the shipping carriers directly to get a quick resolution in finding your packages, especially when:

  • Your order is not delivered as marked on the tracking
  • Your tracking shows as Undeliverable and the mailman cannot deliver your package without delivery instructions

The QR code on your QR code keychain serves as a digital link that can be scanned with a smartphone or QR code reader. Scanning it will direct you to a specific song on Spotify/Youtube. Before adding the keychain to your cart, please preview and scan the QR code to ensure it works properly.

To use the QR code effectively:

1. Install the Spotify/Youtube app on your smartphone and sign up for a free account.
2. Scan the QR code using a QR code scanning app or your phone's camera. This will link you to the song on Spotify.
3. If you don't have the Spotify app, the QR code will direct you to open.spotify.com. Please note that only a 30-second preview of the song will be played. To enjoy the full song, install the Spotify/Youtube app with a free account.

Most of our items are made of 100% cotton fabric, except for:

Ash/Gray color shirts: 99/1 cotton/polyester.

Hoodie: 75/25 cotton/polyester for Gray Heather color and 70/30 cotton/polyester for others.

Sweatshirt: 50/50 cotton/polyester.

So, these shirts are typically true-to-size, no matter how often you wash them.

We choose fabric that stretches for precise customization and vibrant prints. Gildan’s material ensures high ink adhesion and color durability. 

Here are some tips to help soften the shirt:
- Wash before wear to remove stiffness and soften your tee.
- Soak your T-shirts in mild fabric softener (or vinegar if you are allergic to softener) within 15-30 minutes.
- Run the tee through a normal wash cycle.

The majority of our shirts are made with Gildan; however, we also use Hanes or Equivalent brands, depending on warehouse stock.

For premium tees, we use brands like Next Level, Bella Canvas, or Equivalent.

These tips below will help to preserve the fabric and print quality of your shirts:

  • Turn the shirt inside out and wash with cold water
  • Dry your shirt on a low heat
  • Avoid harsh detergents
  • Iron your shirt inside out with low heat and a tea towel in between if possible
Our posters are shipped rolled, without frames. However, we do offer hangers for posters, which you can choose after adding the item to your cart. The price of the hanger will vary depending on the size. Please note that we do not have hangers available for posters sized 36"x24" yet. You can see the hanger options here:

Please don’t worry, your acrylic keychains are protected by a brown seal to avoid scratches or damage during transit. Yes, our personalized custom mugs can be used in the microwave and are dishwasher safe thanks to a special type of coating applied to the mug.

Tips: When using the microwave, set the temperature to medium. Only use the dishwasher if the mug was used with drinks containing ingredients that may cause yellow stains, as the interior of the mug is white. Additionally, we recommend avoiding washing products that contain chlorine, as the design may chip off in the dishwasher due to harsh detergents.

The difference between a Classic tee and a Women's tee is the sleeves' length. The sleeves and shoulder areas of the Women's T-shirts may be narrower.

Yes, you can combine your orders as long as they are still eligible for modification. To combine your orders, please ensure that both orders have the same shipping address.
 
Once you have confirmed this, kindly contact us via our contact form with the order numbers you wish to combine. Our team will assist you in merging the orders and adjusting any necessary payment or shipping details.
 
Please note that you can modify your orders within a 4-hour window.Once an order has been submitted for processing, it may not be possible to combine it with another order. Therefore, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to request an order combination.

You cannot add more items to an existing order after checkout. Please create a new order if you're interested.

If you want to edit your design right after adding the item to your shopping cart, please click in Edit design button. It will lead you to the product page where you can freely change the details you want. Click in Save Personalization to save the new design. Then you can continue to complete your purchase.

If you cannot find the Edit design button, you can just remove the incorrect item and redesign it to save time.

To remove an item from your cart, you can either enter your wanted number in the quantity box or simply click on the button (-).

If the design you've selected asks for a name entry, but you prefer to personalize your order without it, simply hit the space bar on your keyboard instead.

No, the receipt will not be included in the package; only the recipient's name and shipping address will be provided.

We are afraid that we don't have access to your shopping cart due to security reasons. Any information, including your design or contact details, is not saved in our system unless you have submitted your order. If the item is no longer in your cart, we recommend redesigning and adding it to the cart again.

We do not sell the digital print of the design separately. It is available as an added service when you place a Posterorder with us. The digital print will be sent to your email address once you have successfully ordered the physical item of the same design from our store.
