Item was delayed as lost in mail. Received a replacement as Felix promised. Though dismayed that it took almost 8 weeks to receive from original order, they made up for it by replacing item. I received it very well wrapped and unbroken. Good company who does what they can to ensure product received. Felix at customer service was always very professional. Thank you. Would recommend this product. It’s beautiful. We don’t leave it on overnight or anything too long only because we don’t know if it would heat up. It doesn’t seem to be hot but we just don’t take a chance with any product. It is really beautiful though. Thank you.
