But the size is WAY, WAY off. I usually wear a large in women's so that is what I ordered. The shirt you made for me is so big that I cannot wear it. f It is like a men's large. If I was ordering a woman's shirt, I thought it would be a woman's size.
I am very disappointed. I figured you wouldn't do anything about it without me ordering and paying for another one. So I didn't contact you.

T-Shirt, for me, isn’t true to size. I normally order a medium, but just in case I thought I would order a large and as long as I wash it on cold water and line dry it it’ll continue to fit. So it was still a bit too small. I’ll know to order an extra large if I order another one.

The tee shirt turned out great. The number of selections for hair color, eye color, hair style, etc. made it very easy to make the grandma and children look very close to the real person. The product itself is nice but had trouble receiving the item. Shipment said ‘delivered’ and I didn’t receive that delivery until weeks later. This also happened the last time I order. So as much as the products may be ok, a better control in shipment is needed.

Was my fault, ordered the shirt in 2x and very big. I love how it turned out except the design is also very big. May try again, size down and hopefully will not take up the whole front. right now, hoping to be able to shrink it down after a few washings.
