All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality! For some products, we do offer a faster, Express shipping option during checkout for those in a bit of a rush. Order will be delivered within 2-3 days after its production is completed.

Express Shipping fee based on cart quantity:

- 1st item: $14.99

- Additional items: $6.99/ each

Unfortunately, Express Shipping is applied for mugs and ornaments only. If your cart contains other products, only Standard Shipping is available.

We always try our best to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. However, there is still a slight chance that your order might not arrive in time for Christmas due to unexpected reasons in production or delivery progress. We really hope for your understanding of this matter.

Absolutely! During checkout you'll have the ability to enter your desired shipping address, as well as a separate billing address. We never include any invoices, pricing, or billing information with our orders.

Each of our items is made on demand and is printed specially for you. Due to the way our orders are processed, made, and packaged, they unfortunately cannot be split into separate parcels and sent to multiple addresses. Should you need the items in your order to be sent to different addresses, you'll need to order them separately.

All orders come with tracking. Once your order is on it's way, the tracking number is attached to your order. You'll be able to find it in both your Shipping Confirmation email, and on your tracking order page. Just log in to see all of your order details, right in one place.
