I was very nervous after I ordered this because I saw quite a few negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when the personalized pool sign arrived on time and pretty much as described. It was slightly smaller than anticipated, but that’s my fault. I should’ve looked at measurements and not at the picture. it was thin metal but worked perfectly on our pool gate. Overall pleased.
